FAQ: Can Dry Eyes Affect Eye Vision Correction? -Web Information
I wear overnight hard lenses, and my right eye vision is terrible; I can’t see anything clearly when looking through that eye. My optometrist doesn’t understand what’s wrong either; he’s already changed it once or twice to make the lens fit better. In fact, the right lens fit better than my left lens, but the left eye has great vision while the right eye does not.
Does this have anything to do with dry eyes? Or would it be because I sleep on my right side?
I’m myopic, so I’m correcting my vision via contacts. I haven’t tried soft, but I kinda want to stick with hard lenses, as I prefer overnight treatment.

thats a tough one. is there a reason you are needing to wear hard lenses? Have you tried soft?
I honestly dont know the answer to your question I would just keep doing a trial and error with your doctor. Ive had to do that before, but dont settle for not being able to see great and be comfortable.

Unfortunately this is one of the pitfalls of orthokeratology (sleeping in hard lenses to correct myopia). The vision you get can often be unpredictable in some cases and for some it does not work 100%. It is a case of trial and error until the right shape is found for your eyes, and if they have already found the perfect fit and the vision is still not clear, then this coule be a sign that this technique simply does not work on your eyes
