Unfortunately this is one of the pitfalls of orthokeratology (sleeping in hard lenses to correct myopia). The vision you get can often be unpredictable in some cases and for some it does not work 100%. It is a case of trial and error until the right shape is found for your eyes, and if they have already found the perfect fit and the vision is still not clear, then this coule be a sign that this technique simply does not work on your eyes

thats a tough one. is there a reason you are needing to wear hard lenses? Have you tried soft?
I honestly dont know the answer to your question I would just keep doing a trial and error with your doctor. Ive had to do that before, but dont settle for not being able to see great and be comfortable.
