it varies from clinic to clinic, almost all offer a monthly payment program, contact TLC if you want it done right, that’s where Tiger Woods gothis done and 1000s of patients I talk to have been satisfied, no more than $2500 though

It’s also calculated on a ‘per-eye’ basis.

I just went to a Lasik consultation the other day, and the doctor quoted me $600 per eye for the standard procedure, and $1000 per eye for “custom” Lasik, where they take hundreds of pictures of your eye before the surgery, to make it a bit more precise and safeguard against potential complications.
I’m not in NYC, but I imagine those numbers are pretty standard.
