Laser Eye Surgery Prices and Laser Eye Surgery Information

I collimated my ten inch zhumell with my eye. Then when I put the laser on it, it was pretty close to the center of the dot on the collimater, so I tweaked the primary mirror knobs on the bottom and got it perfect. when I looked down into the tube, the laser is about an inch above the center dot. what does this mean? if the laser ends up in the center of the collimator does that mean that it is good, no matter where it is hitting on the primary? If i try to move the laser to the center of the primary, then adjust it, it will be way off again.
